Well in the world of corporate box gyms and
fitness clubs boot camp instructors and personal fitness trainers would love for you to believe that infamous fable as holding true.  They run you through a free condensed version of a personal training session with a typical workout "routine" that the fitness community from popular fitness magazines to fitness trainers want you to believe is the best approach in helping you achieve your #1 fitness goal.  The broken fitness model and often copied fitness training approach I'm referring to is "Slow and Steady". 

A typical workout "routine" may be split up looking something like this....
